MACAM’s school visit program encourages active exploration, Slow Looking, and creativity, while fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and self-expression. Each visit blends cultural discovery with hands-on learning, aligning with school curricula and contemporary themes.
Proven impact
Over 13,000 students have experienced MACAM’s programs since 2014.
Duration: Approximately 3 hours (guided tour + creative workshop + snack break).
Booking: Reserve at least 2 weeks in advance.
Program Design: Each visit is customized to your school’s learning objectives and student needs, with guidance from MACAM’s education coordinator.
Preparation: Your school will receive a pre-visit guide to introduce students to Lebanese sculptors.

• Selected sculptures available for tactile exploration. Staff trained as sighted guides for visually impaired learners.

Program for Elementary School
MACAM’s elementary school program is designed to engage children actively with art, heritage, and nature, fostering observation, creativity, and cultural understanding. Each visit is carefully structured to balance guided exploration, hands-on creation, and outdoor learning. Students rotate in small groups (20–26 per group) to ensure personalized attention and rich interaction with educators and artworks.
