“Art as a Voice for Peace” Lecture & Workshop

Art as a Voice for Peace Lecture & Workshop

MACAM is pleased to host a lecture and workshop by Chawky Frenn, painter, art professor at George Mason University in the United States, and Fulbright Scholar.

The lecture Art as a Voice for Peace will be followed by a workshop, Exploring Line, designed for both beginners and artists interested in developing their fundamental visual literacy. During the workshop, participants will receive a presentation on composition, visual elements, and the properties of line. We will explore the multiple aspects and functions of line, exploring how it guides our eyes, establishes composition, and creates the illusion of form and space on a two-dimensional surface.

After the event, we invite you to join us for refreshments in MACAM's agora.

To reserve your spot or if you have any questions, please contact us at info@macamlebanon.org or call 03322432.

We look forward to seeing you there!
